How does the repair work?

Under the brush, pixels that differ from their surroundings are found and filled in from nearby pixels. Smooth areas and fine texture stay intact.

Are scratches found automatically?

Small dust is. Light scratches are found by Find scratches automatically (downloads a model, about 75 MB); clean up the rest with the brush.

Can the repair be undone?

Yes, every stroke can be undone, and edits stay non-destructive until you save the photo.

Are my images uploaded to a server?

No. Images are processed right in your browser and never leave your device. Only the tool itself is downloaded from our server, the same for everyone. More in our privacy policy.
