Frequently asked questions

Why PNG and not JPG?

JPG has no transparency – transparent areas would turn white. PNG always keeps it, WebP too, with a smaller file.

Can I put the result into Word or Canva?

Yes. A PNG with a transparent background works in documents, presentations and design apps, and whatever is underneath shows through.

Can it handle several photos at once?

Yes. Select them all, choose Transparent in the Background tab and download the results in one ZIP. The model loads only once.

Are my images uploaded to a server?

No. Images are processed right in your browser and never leave your device. Only the tool itself is downloaded from our server, the same for everyone. More in our privacy policy.
